This high-performance vortex disc polishing machine is specially developed for high-speed surface finishing of various industrial parts. According to production requirements, the machine supports both wet finishing (with polishing compound) and dry finishing processes. The unique bottom rotary disc design (fixed outer barrel + rotating bottom disc) creates a unique centrifugal vortex processing environment.
After adding professional polishing media and workpieces, the high-speed rotation of the disc generates strong vortex flow, which forms a continuous friction track between the parts and the media. This professional mechanical action realizes uniform deburring, edge rounding and polishing of complex parts, and the centrifugal force ensures that all surfaces of the workpiece are processed evenly without dead angles.
